"Smarter Energy" educational meeting organised by IBM held in Renaissance Istanbul Bosphorus Hotel. AVICON provided all the AV equipment for this event which IBM global employees attended. We used many projectors in different sizes and sound systems, microphones, seamless switchers etc.
"Turkey Trade & Export Finance Conference" held in The Swissotel Bosphorus. AVICON selected again as the AV supplier for this event. We supplied not only the technical equipment but also the stage backdrops and hundreds of different printed materials. As it was a multilingual our conference interpreters translated the presentations using Bosch Digital Interpreting System.
It was a pleasure for us to provide technical infrastructure for the event which hosted EEMEA & India region representatives of Stryker; a Fortune 500 company which is a world leader in the field of medical devices used especially in orthopedics. Tens of teleconferences, hundreds of emails and file transfers measured in hundreds of megabytes were carried out with the English production firm for the event whose preparation phase started almost 3 months in advance. The organization was carried out excellently thanks to AVICON’s outstanding work on AV and decor project. The meeting events held at The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul and the gala night held in Esma Sultan provided guests with very nice experiences. All products from Line Array audio systems to office products, LED Moving Head lights and Light Tape application and as well as specially designed stage and decor products were provided from AVICON rental stock. AVICON team worked in tandem with the foreign technical staff during the event process which took 10 days including its installation phase. In the end we were very proud with the work we delivered.
“Vision 2014” event organized by Gratis - one of Turkey’s largest chain stores offering personal care products - was carried out at Divan Istanbul Asia Hotel. AVICON was preferred to provide technical infrastructure and decor services for the meeting held during the day and for the live music performances continued all night long. Thank you!

The LED display systems which were needed for the New Year’s party-themed decors prepared for Güneşi Beklerken TV Series were provided by AVICON. We are very glad to have been a part of this exhausting filming process carried out in Çubuklu Hayal Kahvesi.
The new production lines carried into effect in Nestle’s Karacabey Plants thanks to a big investment went into action with an event attended by several guests. We, as AVICON, are very glad to have been a part of this event by providing technical equipment and decor services. Also our Tourguide systems were used at this event when the production lines were introduced to the guests.
Simultaneous translations in 6 different languages were made at the event carried out with the attendance of Turkey’s and several other countries’ representatives such as President Mr. Abdullah Gül, Prime Minister Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Sudan President and Japan Prime Minister. AVICON served flawlessly with Bosch Integrus Digital simultaneous translation system at the venue which hosted about 1500 people under daylight. Radiators in almost 300 W power were installed at appropriate spots with appropriate angles just for the main tent area by our experience staff which provided the translations to be heard from everywhere. The officials present at the event went to Yenikapı station by Marmaray after the opening ceremony. Almost 100 top government officials were briefed about the historical artifacts at the station thanks to our Tourguide system. The system used freely within the large station area allowed the relevant participants to listen the translations made into different languages as well.
The event organized by the Russia headquarters of Kaspersky Lab known for its anti-virus software programs was carried out at Grand Hyatt Hotel. We, as AVICON, are very glad to have offered services at this event where decor products and technical equipment were used.
