It was a pleasure for us to provide technical infrastructure for the event which hosted EEMEA & India region representatives of Stryker; a Fortune 500 company which is a world leader in the field of medical devices used especially in orthopedics.

Tens of teleconferences, hundreds of emails and file transfers measured in hundreds of megabytes were carried out with the English production firm for the event whose preparation phase started almost 3 months in advance. The organization was carried out excellently thanks to AVICON’s outstanding work on AV and decor project. The meeting events held at The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul and the gala night held in Esma Sultan provided guests with very nice experiences. All products from Line Array audio systems to office products, LED Moving Head lights and Light Tape application and as well as specially designed stage and decor products were provided from AVICON rental stock. AVICON team worked in tandem with the foreign technical staff during the event process which took 10 days including its installation phase. In the end we were very proud with the work we delivered.
